Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
2. Shipping Carriers
We ship exclusively via FedEx (FedEx Ground, Home Delivery, Express, or International services depending on your location and selected speed).
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address, selected service, and package weight/dimensions.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly on FedEx’s tracking page.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will file a claim with FedEx on your behalf. Refunds or replacements are handled after FedEx resolves the claim.
